High Pressure Technology • Testing Equipment Hydraulics • Pneumatics Pressure generation unit for pressure drop tests Release 06 / 2017 • MAXIMATOR • Product information Pressure generation unit for pressure drop tests The pressure generation unit is used for the pressure drop test of various test items, e.g. pipelines of steel, aluminum, titanium or plastic. The pressure generation is divided into two areas and enables a pressure drop test between 0.35 bar and 1100 bar. Pressure is built up over the test fluid water. The operator selects by means of a pre-stored recipe an intended pressure and a holding time. When the target pressure is reached, the pump becomes switched off and the system should hold the selected pressure over time. The status of the pressure drop test is read out and stored in the database. • The pressure generation unit can be used for a variety of applications up to 1.100 bar • Freely programmable software as part of the technical specification • Freely selectable pressure holding time • Compact design • High accuracy • Data analysis by computer with archive via integrated pressure sensors • The installed air on water column technology allows a precise pressure test in the lower pressure areas Please consult factory for more information.
