All Whelen products are designed, manufactured, and assembled in our Connecticut and New Hampshire facilities. Hard coating technology utilizes an automated line where UV, abrasion, and chemical resistant coating is applied to all plastic lensing. Vacuum metalizing technology coats all reflectors with a thin layer of pure vaporized aluminum within a sealed chamber.
