System characteristics: LGA/N Aircraft Nitrogen Gasificator mounted on a low chassis is designed to gasify liquid nitrogen and to fill gas cylinders and other gasholders, (e.g. distributors) with nitrogen at the pressure of max 35MPa. Moreover, the unit is capable of filling portable cryogenic tanks with liquid nitrogen. LGA/N consists of two main sections: • special biaxial chassis with tow; • enclosed main body comprising all systems and units needed for the process of gasification of liquid nitrogen. LGA/N is equipped with single cylinder cryogenic piston pump with vacuum insulated cylinder. It contains cryogenic tank with measurement and valve instrumentation for liquid nitrogen storage and delivery. LGA/N is designed for air transport onboard the CASA C-295 M or other tactical transport aircraft and can be towed on airfield taxi ways with maximum speed of 20 km/h. The unit operates from a 3-phase TN-C or TN-S type main supply network or power generator of the following parameters: • rated voltage 3x230/400V • power consumption during gasification process: max. 40kVA Operating conditions: LGA/N can be used in an open terrain under the following climatic conditions: • operating temperature range: -30°C - +55° C • max. relative humidity: 98% at temp. +25°C
