Introduction
This document provides a general description of the standard equipment for the Vulcanair P68 Observer 2 aircraft. It is not a technical document and should be used solely for understanding the aircraft's standard equipment.

Powerplant and Propeller
The aircraft is equipped with two Textron Lycoming IO-360-A1B6 engines, each producing 200HP at 2,700 RPM. These are four-cylinder, direct-drive, normally aspirated, fuel-injected engines with air cooling and internal piston cooling. The propellers are Hartzell two-blade, constant speed, full feathering types with hydraulic governors.

Flight Instruments and Indicators
The aircraft features a digital primary display and multifunction display by Garmin GDU 1040. Additional instruments include a magnetic compass, a digital standby attitude module, a heated pitot system, and various indicators for fuel quantity, engine hours, and more.

Cockpit, Flight, and Ground Controls
The cockpit includes dual primary flight controls, a fixed tricycle landing gear, and an automatic emergency locator transmitter. Engine controls are pedestal-mounted with adjustable friction, and flight trim controls are available for rudder and stabilator. The aircraft also features a heavy-duty brake system and a stall warning system.

Electrical Systems
The electrical system includes a 24-volt battery, two 130 A alternators, voltage regulators, and resettable circuit breakers. External power supply receptacles and static discharge wicks are also included.

Fuel System
The aircraft has two fuel tanks with a total capacity of 142 gallons, of which 138 gallons are usable. The system includes auxiliary electric pumps, quick drains, strainers, filters, and gascolators.

Lighting Systems
Exterior lighting includes LED navigation lights, recognition lights, strobe lights, taxi lights, and an ice inspection light. Interior lighting features map swivel lights, courtesy lights, and cabin reading lights.

Cabin Comfort System
The cabin is equipped with a heating system, fan heater/windshield defrost, fresh air vents, and soundproofing. It also includes a cabin door, rear cargo door, and emergency escape window.

External Features
The aircraft has a standard paint scheme, full chemical corrosion protection, and various external features like a tow bar, tie-down rings, and control surface lock kit.

Cockpit and Cabin Appointments
The cockpit and cabin include reclining seats, luggage compartments, seat belts, carpeting, storm windows, sun visors, and various power sockets. Safety equipment includes an emergency torch, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher.

Support documents include a flight manual, parts catalogue, maintenance manual, and log books for the aircraft and engines.

New Generation Avionics Package
The avionics package features an autopilot system, Garmin G950 integrated cockpit system, and various Garmin units for communication, navigation, and data management.
