This feature makes time-costly integrations obsolete and in-motion testing possible. The drawback is a reduced image quality because of the missing noise reduction. To counter this problem VisiConsult developed MotionDetect, an intelligent feature that does an automatic noise reduction whenever it is possible even in live mode. To perform contrast enhancement, lookup table and negation filters the dynamic LiveFilters were introduced. At the same time defects will be highlighted by a contrast filter for an enhanced optical inspection. The effect of all these fine-tuned algorithms is activated by a single click. Operators that are used to the film representation of X-ray images can easily negate the image for a more convenient inspection. All filters can be stacked or modified if necessary.
