Product catalog summary
Description and Features
Valcor Aerospace pressure regulators are utilized in various aircraft systems such as cabin pressurization, canopy seal pressure control, potable water systems, waveguide pressurization, and onboard inert gas generation systems (OBIGGS). These regulators are constructed from lightweight materials and are available in plug-in designs or custom bodies. They maintain a constant outlet pressure across a wide range of supply pressures and flow rates, with operational temperature ranges from -40°F to +160°F. They can handle media including air, GN2, and other non-corrosive gases, with flow rates up to 240 SCFM. Valcor regulators have a proven track record in successful missions.

Technical Specifications
Valcor's pressure regulators provide stable outlet pressure despite varying inlet pressures. They are mechanical and available as pressure reducers or pressure regulators with internal relief capabilities for tighter outlet pressure control. The designs include bellows sealed regulators for absolute pressure control and traditional o-ring or lip seal style regulators.

Aircraft Pressure Regulators-1

© 2014 VALCOR ENGINEERING CORPORATION DESCRIPTION Valcor’s pressure regulators provide stable outlet pressure when supplied with a varying inlet pressure. The regulators are all mechanical and are available as pressure reducers (without integral pressure relief) or pressure regulators (that contain an internal relief capablity) that provide a tighter outlet pressure band. Valcor designs and manufactures bellows sealed regulators for “absolute” pressure control and traditional o-ring (and/or lip seal) style regulators. APPLICATION Valcor pressure regulators are found in aircraft cabin pressurization, canopy seal pressure control, potable water systems, waveguide pressurization, and onboard inert gas generation systems (OBIGGS). FEATURES • Constructed from lightweight materials • Plug-in designs or custom bodies • Constant outlet pressure over a wide range of supply pressures and flow rates • Temperature ranges of -40°F to +160°F • Available medias include: air, GN2 and other noncorrosive gases • Flow rates up to 240 SCFM • Lengthy pedigree of successful missions.
