Engine Specifications:
The sweeper is equipped with a John Deere 4045 turbo, 4-cylinder engine, compliant with Final Tier 4 standards. It has a displacement of 275 in³ (4.5 L) and delivers 99 HP at 2200 RPM with a net torque of 315 lb-ft at 1600 RPM. The engine features a heavy-duty air cleaner with a pre-cleaner and scavenge vacuum hose, a remote spin-on oil filter, and shares its fuel tank with the chassis engine. The DEF tank has a volumetric capacity of 5.4 gallons (20.6 L) and a usable capacity of 3.8 gallons (14.4 L).

Blower and Dust Separator:
The blower is an aluminum alloy, high-volume, open-face turbine designed to create blast and suction. It features sealed lifetime lube bearings and a bolt-on housing with an abrasion-resistant, replaceable liner. The dust separator is cyclonic, multipass, and centrifugal, with a cylindrical area of 20 x 61 inches (508 x 1549 mm). It is located adjacent to the blower within the hopper.

Hopper Specifications:
The hopper has a volumetric capacity of 7.3 yd³ (5.6 m³) and a usable capacity of 6 yd³ (4.6 m³). It is constructed from welded steel plate with integral stiffeners and features a hydraulic dumping method with a raker bar.

Pick-Up Head:
The dual-chamber pick-up head delivers air blast and suction, with an inside width of 87 inches (2210 mm). It includes a DUO SKID® long-life carbide skids and integral pressure bleeder for leaf/light material pickup.

Gutter Broom:
The dual patented gutter broom includes floodlights and parabolic mirrors, driven by a constant speed, non-reversible hydraulic motor. It features adjustable down pressure and pattern, with an automatic adjustment system.

Hydraulic System:
The system operates the gutter broom(s), dump, and pick-up head, driven by a gear from the auxiliary engine. It has a capacity of 8 GPM (30.3 LPM) and a reservoir of 25 gallons (94.6 L) with a 3-micron in-line filter.

Dust Control System:
The system includes water spray nozzles for dust suppression, with a total reservoir capacity of 220 gallons (1249 L). It features a low water shut-off safety system with a warning light in the cab.

Controls and Safety Features:
Inside the cab, controls include a BlueLogic® Display and Control System, providing feedback on the sweeper and auxiliary engine status. Safety warning devices include alternating LED rear flashers and a back-up alarm.

Optional Equipment:
Various optional equipment is available, including a high output water system, auxiliary hand hose, and stainless steel options for the hopper and blower housing.

Chassis Options:
The sweeper is compatible with International 4300-DT, International 4300 - Cummins ISB, and Freightliner M2-106 chassis models.
