The V1 is an entry-level gauge with basic fine adjustment, ideal for workshop tracing. The V1+ offers advanced fine adjustment and constant measuring force for greater precision, including diameter measurement capabilities.
Applications and Functionalities
Both models are designed for precision scribing in tough environments. The V1+ supports bidirectional and centerline measurements. A counterweight system enhances operational comfort. The design ensures durability and easy transportability, with simple operation and a clear display. The V1+ includes measuring force management for consistent accuracy.
Technical Data
Both models are available in 300 mm and 600 mm versions. The V1+ offers higher precision with a maximum permissible error of 15 µm and repeatability of 5 µm. Both models have a maximum resolution of 0.001 mm and an autonomy of 2000 hours. They operate within a temperature range of +10 to +40°C and have a maximum travel speed of 1500 mm/s.
