Packaging distorsion and data logger NanoVACQ Deformation NanoVACQ Deformation enables the control of distorsion of boxes, trays, pouches, cans or other types of packages during thermal processes as cooking or sterilization. Positioning kits are available for both static and rotative autoclaves. Metrology • Operating range: from 0 to 20 mm and from -30°C to 150°C. • Overall calibration uncertainty: »In movement : +/- 0.1 mm from 0 to 20 mm The uncertainty corresponds to two standard deviations. Technical specifications • External materials biocompatible and sterilizable: 316 L stainless steel and PEEK • Dimensions: height 39 mm, diameter 31 mm + 23 mm for movement sensor • Watertight up to 10 bar • Inductive movement sensor • Memory capacity: 24 000 acquisitions per measurement channels • Acquisition rate: minimum 1 second, maximum 59 minutes and 59 seconds • Programmable acquisition duration. • Programmable recording start by date. • Battery replaceable by the user • Non volatile memory (EEPROM) Software operating conditions • Data transfer with a communication interface connected to the serial or USB port. • Operates under Windows® XP(SP3)/Vista/7 NOTA : Annual maintenance is advised for O-rings replacement, recalibration and adjustment.
