TECOM offers a diverse line of rugged airborne instrumentation antennas designed for high data-rate communication capabilities in airborne vehicles. These antennas are scalable in frequency and provide superior performance for mission requirements ranging from UHF to Ku-Band.
The TECOM series is particularly suited for small- and medium-sized vehicles where internal space is limited. The antennas feature a streamlined aerodynamic form, resulting in a lightweight, low-drag design that can be universally mounted with minimal modifications.
Technical Specifications:The omni-directional airborne TCDL antenna operates within the Ku-Band frequency range of 14.4-15.35 GHz and is linearly polarized. Each bi-convex blade antenna is pre-tuned to customer specifications within the TCDL frequency band. Models are available for both high- and low-temperature applications, and they can function as single, stand-alone antennas or in arrays of two, three, or more. TECOM also offers RHCP or LHCP polarizations and matching power dividers for multi-antenna array applications.
