Care & Cleaning Guidelines for Ultraleather™ General Maintenance & Care Instructions One of the best ways to keep Ultraleather products looking great is to properly maintain them by cleaning regularly to prevent excessive dirt from accumulating. Below is a general outline to help you keep your quality Ultraleather brand products looking their best. Following these guidelines will help to extend the life of the fabric: • Clean regularly with soap and water • Wipe up spills as soon as they occur • Alcohol based cleaners such as Fantastik® and Formula 409® can be used to clean and remove stains • Sanitize using disinfectants such as 1:5 bleach/water solution • For stubborn stains, wipe the stain off with isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) as soon as possible • Thoroughly rinse all solution residue with clean water • Air dry If these steps do not eliminate the issue completely, we suggest you contact The Leather Institute, a service arm of Tapis. Ultraleather™ Pro Stain Instructions Ultraleather Pro contains enhanced ink and stain protection technology that is incorporated directly into the manufacturing process of the product. This enhanced protection is specifically activated by isopropyl/rubbing alcohol. In order to remove difficult stains such as ink, isopropyl/rubbing alcohol should be applied directly to the surface of the product for cleaning.
