Overview: The document discusses the long-term value and versatility of a Sprung structure, which has been owned by three different entities over its lifespan. The structure's adaptability to different uses and environments highlights its durability and environmental benefits.

1. Initial Use (1994-1997): The structure was first erected at Wolf Mountain (now The Canyons Ski Resort) in Park City, Utah. It was used for concerts and roller hockey, demonstrating its suitability for high wind and snow load conditions. It was relocated during the construction for the 2002 Winter Olympics.

2. Second Use (1998-2008): The City of South Jordan acquired the structure, retrofitted it with insulation, and used it as a vehicle maintenance and training facility. This allowed the city to expand its space affordably while planning for a new Public Works headquarters.

3. Current Use (2009-Present): The Jordan School District purchased the structure, updated its exterior membrane, and re-erected it as a bus maintenance facility. The structure's ability to be relocated and modified to meet different needs was praised by all owners.

Environmental Impact: The structure's reuse by different owners prevented demolition waste and aligned with the increasing demand for environmentally responsible products. This aspect is crucial for governments and businesses aiming to minimize environmental impact.
