The system is designed for the control and monitoring of Sequential Flashing Lights (SFL_LED’s) and Runway Threshold Identification Lights (RTIL’s). It includes:
- 1 SFL Master Control unit
- Up to 30 flashing light units (SFL LED)
- 2 threshold identification lights (RTIL’s)
- LED life expectancy of up to 60,000 hours.
- Communication via Powerline or Twisted pairs.
- Instant monitoring of LED and module failures.
- 7” LCD touch screen for local control on the Master control unit.
- OLED Display on every LED module PCB.
- Remote control capability with ALCMS systems using MODBUS RTU/TCP, CANBUS2.0B, or other protocols.
- Flashing frequency of 1-2Hz.
- Three-step intensity control (3%, 10%, 100%).
- Protection against high voltage, voltage peaks, and ground line-lightning shocks.
- Compatibility with existing AFL infrastructure.
- Software updates via USB stick.
