Performance
- Imaging System: Two types of CMOS monochromatic cameras are used: one with 3000x2208 pixels and another with 640x480 pixels.
- Frame Rate: The system can capture up to 5 frames per second with the first camera and up to 60 frames per second with the second.
- Focal Length and Aperture: The first camera has a focal length of 25mm and an aperture range of F/1.4 to F/22, while the second has a focal length of 12mm and an aperture range of F/1.4 to F/16.
- Measurement Uncertainty: Dimensions have an uncertainty of 0.25 mm, and area measurements have an uncertainty of 0.9 mm².
- Cycle Time: The inspection cycle is completed within seconds.

The system dimensions are 1940 mm in height, 1150 mm in depth, and 1884 mm in length. These values are typical and can be customized according to control requirements. Measurement uncertainties are guideline values and depend on the controlled part.
