The FlexPak is a collapsible backpack tank with a hand-pump for fire control and mop-up operations by ground personnel. This ambulatory tank is currently in use in 82 countries worldwide. If required, the pump can be equipped with a reservoir for foam-concentrate application. Backpack Features • The heavy-duty industrial fabric is ultraviolet-resistant, and features lap-welded seams and quick release sternum straps; • At capacity, the FlexPak holds 5 USG (19 liters); • Designed with back comfort in mind, the maximum weight of an empty FlexPak is roughly 4.5 lbs (2 kg) and when full weighs roughly 46.4 lbs (21 kg); • It comes fitted with smooth, comfortable, padded shoulder harnesses; • It is compact and collapsible, making it easy to store; and • Fittings ensure outstanding performance: 4” (101 mm) filler cap (positive seal), built-in debris screen in fill valve, quick connect couplings to backpack.
