MARC-70 Interface Modules by SANDIA aerospace are designed to simplify complex installations for system engineers and installers. These modules are PMA certified and can operate at altitudes of 50,000 feet or above. They are available in three different enclosures to meet various installation requirements.
The modules can be mounted individually in the SRU 1 or grouped in the SRU 5 and SRU 10 multi-module enclosures. They are easy to service, with a simple pull-and-replace mechanism, and come with a three-year warranty.
- SA 3/SA 3L/SA 3NVG: These regulator/dimming modules provide .5 amps of annunciator drive, with short-term 1 amp for testing. They offer different brightness levels for day, night, and NVG applications. The SA-3 is for incandescent lamps, SA-3L for LED lamps, and SA-3NVG for NVG applications. FAA-PMA certified.
- SA 15: An inverter module with 14 inverter outputs for common annunciator switching. PMA pending.
- SA 24: A diode isolation module providing 23 lines of diode ground-in-ground-out isolation, requiring 28Vdc for testing. FAA-PMA certified.
- SRU 1: Single Card Enclosure
- SRU 5: Five Card Enclosure
- SRU 10: Ten Card Enclosure
- SR 623: Features two, six pole nitrogen-filled relays that can be activated simultaneously or individually. FAA-PMA certified.
- SR 343: Contains three, four pole nitrogen-filled relays, also individually or simultaneously activated. FAA-PMA certified.
- SR 623: Includes six, two pole nitrogen-filled relays, activated individually. FAA-PMA certified.
- SR 34: Uses three, four pole sealed relays for 12 lines of switching with a coil current of 60mA. PMA pending.
- SR 54: A twenty pole relay unit for switching HSI between GPS and VOR/LOC functions, with a coil current of 120mA. PMA certified.
- SR 64: A multi-purpose relay module providing 24 lines of switching with a coil current of 120mA. FAA-PMA pending.
