AEROSPEC® 3052Multi-purpose, extreme low temperature aerospace grease Product Overview Directions for Storage and Use ® ROCOL AEROSPEC 3052 is new generation, high performance universal airframe grease. Designed to give outstanding operational performance on a wide range of airframe components, including bearings, rotary actuators, gearboxes, bushes and sliding surfaces where high loads are encountered. AEROSPEC 3052 extends component life by reducing frictional wear and its excellent corrosion resistance. ROCOL AEROSPEC 3052 demonstrates excellent low temperature performance with extremely low starting and running torque figures. • Ensure all components are clean and free from any contaminants before lubricating. • Although AEROSPEC 3052 is compatible with all other BMS3-33 approved products, for ultimate performance it is recommended that previous lubricants are cleaned out of the equipment or components prior to lubrication. • AEROSPEC 3052 can be applied manually, by grease gun, keg pump or by other methods suitable for an NLGI No. 2 grease. • The storage temperature should be controlled to between +1 and +40°C. • Shelf life is 5 years from date of manufacture Features and Benefits • ROCOL AEROSPEC 3052 offers excellent performance in extreme temperatures ranging from -73°C to +120°C. • ROCOL AEROSPEC 3052 is a Lithium complex soap thickened lubricant with a blend of low viscosity synthetic base fluids for excellent low temperature performance. • ROCOL AEROSPEC 3052 provides exceptional stability in the most extreme conditions.
