ROCOL AEROSPEC 250 is a multi-purpose aerospace grease designed for extreme low temperatures, containing molybdenum disulphide to enhance performance. It is suitable for airframe components such as splines, sliding surfaces, and anti-friction bearings, especially under high load conditions. The grease performs excellently in low temperatures with minimal starting and running torque and is resistant to water.

Thickener: Lithium complex soap.
Temperature Range: -73°C to +120°C.
Drop Point: >200°C.
Copper Corrosion: Pass (24 hours at 100°C).
Water Washout: 7.5%.
Oxidation Stability: Pressure drop of 4psi after 100 hrs, 11psi after 500 hrs.
Low Temp Torque: Starting Torque at -73°C is 190mNm, Running Torque at -73°C is 130mNm.

ROCOL AEROSPEC 250 provides excellent performance in the presence of water. Features and Benefits • ROCOL AEROSPEC 250 offers excellent performance in extreme temperatures ranging from -73°C to +120°C. • ROCOL AEROSPEC 250 is a molybdenum disulphide, lithium complex soap thickened lubricant with a low viscosity synthetic base fluid for excellent low temperature performance. • ROCOL AEROSPEC 250 provides exceptional stability in the most extreme conditions. • ROCOL AEROSPEC 250 is highly resistant to water washout. • Ensure all components are clean and free from any contaminants before lubricating with AEROSPEC 250. • It is recommended that previous lubricants are cleaned out of the equipment prior to filling with AEROSPEC 250. • AEROSPEC 250 can be applied manually, by grease gun, keg pump or by other methods suitable for an NLGI No. 2 grease. • The storage temperature should be controlled to between +1 and +40°C. • Shelf life is 3 years from date of manufacture.
