Storage and Handling
- Out-Time: Four weeks at room temperature, with careful resealing before refreezing and full thawing before opening.
- Room Temperature Storage: Not to exceed four weeks.
- Frozen Storage/Shelf Life: One year from the date of shipment.
Cure Cycle
- Heat the part to 375 ± 10°F at a rate of 1 to 5°F per minute, limiting free air temperature to 390°F maximum.
- Hold at 375 ± 10°F for 360 ± 20 minutes, starting when the thermocouple reaches 365°F.
- Raise temperature to 440 ± 15°F at a rate not exceeding 5°F per minute.
- Hold at 440 ± 15°F for 360 ± 20 minutes.
- Cool to 150°F or below at a rate not exceeding 5°F per minute.

Renegade Recommended Cure Cycle for RM-3007 RM-3007 should be heated to about 150 - 160oF for 5 - 10 minutes and then used like a standard paste adhesive. Renegade's recommended cure process combines the cure and post cure cycle into one out of autoclave cure schedule. The cure shall be done freestanding using deadweight, clamps or a press. Step 1.
