RM-1014 is a high service-temperature adhesive film made from addition-cure polyimide technology, designed for use with Renegade Materials’ MVK-14 Freeform® Prepregs. It is suitable for bonding metallic, non-metallic, and honeycomb structures.
- Weight: 0.06 or 0.10 ± 0.010 PSF or higher
- Volatiles: 18-22 wt%
- Glass Transition Temperature (Tg): 600°F with post-cure
- Shelf Life: 12 months at 0°F
- Solids Content: 8-12 wt%
- Density: 7 lb/gallon

- Application: Spray or Brush
- Recommended Drying: 1 hr at 350°F
- Single Lap Shear on Titanium (ASTM-D1002): 2700 psi at 75°F and 500°F
