THE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FLY II SEATING SYSTEM BY REAL 1. Structural Beam Structural Beam – rectangular shape steel profile - thickness of 3mm (80 x 40 x 3mm). The endings of beam are made of aluminum and mounted in a permanent way what prevents undedicated people from removing them. Additionally there is a metal sheet welded inside the beam so that any dangerous materials cannot be put inside. 2. Seats a) STEEL SEAT Seats are made of elliptic steel profiles 30 x 15mm connected to the perforated metal sheet. The perforation diameter is 5mm or 7mm according to the European safety standards what guarantees easiness in maintenance ( hard to put the gum or rests of food inside). It is possible to choose between the seat shell with gap between seat or backrest or without – the size of the gap is up to the Customer. The scope of dimensions is visible in technical drawings for a given model in Catalogue. It is possible to choose the version with plain metal sheet with no perforation. The proposed type of seat is: 1. Komfort (545mm – upper back support) The seats are mounted with the use of special steel fixing (2 special tempered bolts through structural beam) with span according to client’s preferences. The screws are invisible for the users. It is definetly the most beneficial way of assembly as it guarantees the great conformity and easiness in assembly and service. (FLY II) The seats are equipped with modular class one upholstery pads for seats and backrest made of class 1 artificial leather with or without horizontal sewings, available in all colors. 3. Legs The full solid core aluminum die-cast leg of the bench can be placed in any position on the beam (in the axle of the seat, on the edge or between first and second seat. A) FLY II: Aluminum leg is mounted on the beam with clamping ring (2 special screws) or it is screwed together with an edge armrest.

4. Armrests The full solid core aluminum die-cast armrest made of die cast aluminum is an optional element of the bench. It is possible to us them as edge armrests or between each seat. A) FLY II: Aluminum armrest are mounted on the beam with special aluminum clamping ring or screwed together with leg at the edges of the bench. 5. Feet The feet of the bench are made of anti-slip rubber thanks to what they do not scratch the surface. They can offer the height regulation and ground level recovery system. 8. Luggage shelf - OPTIONAL Luggage shelf can be mounted in any preferred position on the beam or between benches with special steel fixing ( 2 hardened screws). It can be made of steel, polyurethane or High Pressure Laminates in any dimensions. There are many types of HPL finishing available in the samper.

9. Connectors In our offer the customer can find 2 types of connectors: A) Back – to – back connector allows to connect 2 or more benches in a safe way for the user. B) Line connector allows to connect the unlimited number of benches in rows. 10. Beam Cover: mounted with two standard screws from top and bottom side of the beam covered with leg with blinder/ leg with armrest. 12.
