Structural Beam
The Fly II 3D Seating System features a rectangular steel structural beam with a thickness of 3mm, reinforced with aluminum ends to prevent unauthorized removal. Seats

THE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FLY II 3D SEATING SYSTEM BY REAL 1. Structural Beam Structural Beam – rectangular shape steel profile - thickness of 3mm (80 x 40 x 3mm). Two endings of beam are made of aluminum and mounted in a permanent way what prevents undedicated people from removing them. Additionally there is a metal sheet welded inside the beam so that any dangerous materials cannot be put inside. Epoxy powder coating layer: 80 microns. 2. Seats a) 3D FULL POLYURETHANE SEAT This type of seat is made of integral injected polyurethane foam with steel frame embedded inside and totally invisible for the user. ON THE WHOLE SEAT AND BACKREST SURFACE THERE IS A FULL PERFORATED METAL SHEET WHICH PREVENTS ANY DEFORMATIONS AND CRACKS DURING THE USAGE PERIOD. THE OTHER MANUFACTURERS OFTEN USE ONLY SIDE STEEL FRAME EMPTY INSIDE WHICH MAY RESULT IN CRACKING. The seat as the only one in the world is modeled in 3 dimensions what significantly improves ergonomics and comfort of seating. Perfectly adjusted toughness and seat profile allows passengers to spend many hours in comfortable way. Small gap between seat and backrest perfectly channels the liquids and make the maintenance easy. The seat is self-supporting and mounted to the beam with 2 specially hardened screws. This PU seat is available in all colors as per RAL colors set. Backrest is high for upper back support. There is a gap between the seat and backrest which additionally helps in maintenance and allows liquids and rests to go down to the floor. 3d PU seat is also available with under-leg and overhead supports. The polyurethane seat or backrest is also available in combinations with wood available in all colors. Either seat or backrest can be made of wood. 3. Legs The leg of the bench can be placed in any position on the beam (in the axle of the seat, on the edge or between first and second seat. Modular, arc-shape leg made of full die cast aluminum (no empty space inside the leg). Mounted on the beam with leg blinder or aluminum armrest in any position on the beam by two hardened screws. Additional chemical treatment on aluminum: anodizing (stain prevention). Legs equipped with special rubber feet with level regulation and air-vacuum system of rows for improved stability. 4. Armrests Armrest made of die cast aluminum is an optional element of the bench. It is possible to us them as edge armrests or between each seat. Modular, slope-shape armrest made of full die cast aluminum (no empty space inside the leg). Powder coated RAL 9007 + colorless lacquer. Mounted on the beam with clamp or together with aluminum leg in any position on the beam by two hardened screws. Additional chemical treatment on aluminum: anodizing (stain prevention). Available in the following types of finishing: double epoxy powder coated.

5. Feet The feet of the bench are made of anti-slip rubber thanks to what they do not scratch the surface. They can offer the height regulation and ground level recovery system. Air vacuum by the system of rows increases the stability and prevents the bench from any movement. 6. Painting A) The steel elements are specially prepared for painting with special shot blasting method which increases the adherence of the paint to the surface. It makes the paint much more resistant to any damage or stain. B) The benches are powder coated with layer paint and then lacquered with highly tough and flexible...

7. Aluminum finishing for legs and armrests: A. BRUSHED (ANODISED) 8. Luggage shelf - OPTIONAL Luggage shelf can be mounted in any preferred position on the beam or between benches with special steel fixing ( 2 hardened screws). It is made of Polyurethane in the dimensions 350 x 500mm.

9. Connectors In our offer the customer can find 2 types of connectors: A) Back – to – back connector allows to connect 2 or more benches in a safe way for the user. B) Line connector allows to connect the unlimited number of benches in rows. 10. Beam Cover: mounted with two standard screws from top and bottom side of the beam covered with leg with blinder/ leg with armrest. 11.
