THE CHARACTERISTICS OF FLY I AND FLY II SEATING SYSTEM BY REAL 1. Structural Beam Structural Beam – rectangular shape steel profile - thickness of 3mm (80 x 40 x 3mm). Additionally there is a metal sheet welded inside the beam so that any dangerous materials cannot be put inside. 2. Seats Seats are made of elliptic steel profiles 30 x 15mm connected to the perforated metal sheet. The perforation diameter is 7mm according to the European safety standards what guarantees easiness in maintenance ( hard to put the gum or rests of food inside). It is possible to choose between the seat shell with gap between seat or backrest or without – the size of the gap is up to the Customer. The scope of dimensions is visible in technical drawings for a given model in Catalogue. The proposed type of seat is: For FLY I: Standard (505 mm) For FLY II: Komfort (545mm higher). However both types of seats cab be used in both models FLY I and FLY II.
