To measure brush wear in a modular assembly, insert a 3/32 inch drill bit into the back of the RA2111U Universal module and mark the depth on the drill. Ensure the module is installed or the brush protrudes as it would on the slip ring (approximately 1/16 inch). Use a dial caliper to measure the insertion length (Dimension “D”).
