- Head: The milling head features an A-axis and C-axis with a maximum speed of 200°/sec. It provides continuous torque of 252 Nm and 406 Nm, intermittent torque of 366 Nm and 578 Nm, and peak torque of 500 Nm and 698 Nm, respectively. The clamping torque is 4000 Nm with a hydraulic clamp rated pressure of 100 bar. The accuracy is +/- 10 arcseconds, and the overall mass is 500 kg.
- Spindle: The spindle supports tool types HSK A63 and HSK A100. The maximum spindle speed is 24000 rpm for HSK A63 and 15000 rpm for HSK A100. Power ratings are 42 kW (S1 100%) and 55 kW (S6 40%) for HSK A63, and 50 kW (S1 100%) and 67 kW (S6 40%) for HSK A100. Torque ratings are 67 Nm (S1 100%) and 87 Nm (S6 40%) for HSK A63, and 95 Nm (S1 100%) and 124 Nm (S6 40%) for HSK A100. Bearings are lubricated with oil/air, and the spindle model is HSD ES510.
