Q-Tech provides crystal oscillators (XOs) designed for high temperature and high shock environments, suitable for applications in harsh and inaccessible locations. These oscillators are ideal for downhole and other extreme applications.
Product Lines
- QT58x / QT59x Custom: Frequency range from 32.768kHz to 100MHz, stability between ±150 to ±450ppm, and temperature range from -55°C to 225°C. They support CMOS and TTL outputs with supply voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 3.3, and 5.0 Vdc. Available in SMT or Thru-Hole sizes.
- QTCH230 / QTCH350 / QTCH570: Frequency range from 32.768kHz to 48MHz, stability between ±150 to ±250ppm, and temperature range from -55°C to 200°C. They feature a 2-point crystal mount and are available in ultra-miniature sizes with CMOS output.
