PEGASO - 1

PEGASO has a carbon fuselage and is optimized by a large interior cabin space, reducing extreme comfort on long journeys. Wings without struts reduce resistance and allow maximum visibility from the passenger compartment. The wing profile guarantees an excellent climb, and low-speed aileron control. The bonnet is designed to optimize engine cooling and to reduce drag by achieving low fuel consumption on cruises. The slender and harmonious line allows you to achieve extraordinary cruising speeds. It has a main composite trolley and is extremely robust, while being flexible,absorbing over 50% of the landing energy on the first rebound. It has a front landing gear consiting of a shock absorber that allows high damping and helps smooth hard landings. The engine support and the carbon fuselage join points reduce the possibility of engine intrusion in the cabin area. PEGASO has standard four-point safety belts with reinforced fuselage elements. The robust carbon windscreen pillars ensure a robust and safe construction. It has two fuel tanks located in the wings with a capacity of 55 liters. PEGASO is a modern aircraft and is built entirely of carbon fiber. Carbon offers strength, urability,resistance to corrosion and fatigue. Thanks to its advantages, carbon fiber construction has been incorporated into all new military and commercial aircraft replacing old aluminium and rivet consruction. Repair costs with carbon fiber, the buildings are generally lower than those for conventional aircraft in metal or tube and canvas. The new internal foam used is much more resistant to environmental damage. Repairs can be run locally from our factory and approved technicians. PEGASO is painted with two-component polyurethane varnish, very resistant to UV rays. The aircraft has a braking system developed together with our partners, which offer the right balance of quality and light. PEGASO is built according to ISO AS/EN 9100. The balance between safety and performance is obtained through rational design, well organized production and the use of 5-axis CNC machines and materials aeronautical certificated. PEGASO has been designed and tested using the maximum advanced CAD programs.
