PHOENIX METAL PRODUCTS, INC. The Phoenix FPS58 fixed passenger stair is designed to service commuter aircraft with a 58 inch doorsill height. The stair is constructed with structural steel tubing. The stair treads are made of steel sheetmetal. There is an adjustable wing with a positive detent and aircraft bumper. The front bumper is a 4-1/2 soft rubber bumper and covers the entire front of the platform. The stair treads and platform are painted with a polyurethane paint with non-skid additive.
