Mobile devices – from smartphones to wearable tech such as smartwatches – help simplify everyday tasks. When Parabit’s Mobile App SDK is integrated with a financial institution’s mobile banking App, it allows customers to access a tellerless branch or an ATM lobby during a branch after hours. Once the user reaches their desired branch, they must open the banking App and stand in front of the reader less than ® ® 3 feet away. The banking App with Parabit’s MMR SDK integrated will detect Parabit’s card readers with Bluetooth ® ® technology (MMR -BT 2.0 and MMRC -BT 2.0). Once detected, the SDK will establish a connection with the reader to communicate with it to unlock the door (all communications are encrypted). If the SDK fails to unlock the door via direct ® Bluetooth , it makes a request to the Cloud to unlock the door, which acts as a dial-safe to ensure entry. Customers also have the option of extending the door unlock time for up to 30 seconds. This is particularly helpful for those with physical disabilities that may require more time to enter the ATM lobby. ATM LOBBY ACCESS USING A MOBILE DEVICE ® 1.MMR -BT 2.0 transmits Bluetooth low energy signal. ® 2.A Bluetooth enabled mobile device running a bank App ® ® integrated with Parabit’s MMR SDK detects the MMR -BT 2.0 ® Bluetooth low energy signal less than 3 feet away. ® 3.The App detects the MMR -BT 2.0 and displays bank name, door and location provided by the cloud on the mobile device. 4.Customer can use the auto unlock or manual unlock feature to unlock the door and enter the ATM lobby KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER Financial institutions can use Parabit’s SDK to gather insight into customer behaviors, such as capturing customer counts during a designated time, measuring dwell time, and the ability to send targeted promotional messaging. Because our SDK is integrated with your bank App, it provides a completely seamless customer experience using their mobile device. BLUETOOTH® LOW ENERGY TRANSMISSION FORMATS The Bluetooth Low Energy periodically transmits an ID num® ber recognized by mobile devices with Bluetooth enabled. SDK FEATURES • Adjustable door unlock time for physically impaired customers and enhanced ADA accessibility • Cloud based remote door unlock • Available for iPhone iOS 12.1 and greater and Android OS 4.0 and greater MORE INFO Parabit continues to pursue its lawsuit against the Synergistics/Millennium Group for willfully infringing Parabit’s Anti-skimming Intellectual Property and after a recent Court ruling the case is now accelerating through the Discovery and Depositions phase. 2677 Grand Avenue, Bellmore NY 11710 0323
