The visible and covert modes enable landing and taxiing both using full illumination or when flying on covert operations using Night Vision Goggles. The lighting fixture is designed as a replacement for existing PAR 46 units. The LED solution offers an MTBF in excess of 10,000 hours and far exceeds performance of halogen technology.
