The suite consists of four seamlessly integrated products that operate on a common architecture: • Automated Weather Observation System (AWOS) • Weather Data Manager • Human Weather Observation System (HWOS) • Enhanced Weather Camera For airports large and small, these products provide real-time meteorological information, aviation routine and special weather reports (METAR and SPECI), and high quality data to improve aviation forecasts. Customized to Your Environment Each of these tools can be purchased and used as a stand-alone product that is scalable, expandable, and fully customizable to work with other third-party systems at any site. Specific systems are web-enabled, with an intuitive and easy-to-use graphic user interface. All NAVCANmet products meet the rigorous requirements of the international standards set by the International Civil Aviation Organization, World Meteorological Organization, NAV CANADA and Transport Canada.
