NL60 LFPNT Transmitter
The NL60 is a 100 kHz Data Capable LF PNT Transmitter, fully solid-state, with a minimum of 20 active RF Power Modules per cabinet and 10% spare modules. It includes hot-swappable components for minimal signal interruption and redundant power supply and RF amplification stages.
Electrical Specifications
The transmitter supports a peak antenna current of 570Apk with 10% spare RF Power Modules. It offers a 120-ohm boxline RF output connection and can accommodate custom solutions. The modulation type includes Pulse Position Modulation with capabilities up to 4000 pps.
AC Input
Configurable for 3-phase, 5-wire (320-476 Vac) or 3-phase, 4-wire (185-275 Vac) systems. Nautel recommends using a 3-phase 50/60 Hz isolation transformer. Power consumption is 22kVa max per cabinet.
Environmental Specifications
Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to +55°C, with humidity tolerance from 0% to 95% non-condensing. Altitude operation is up to 3048 m, with specific cooling air requirements.
Safety and Physical Specifications
Compliant with EN60215:1996 safety standards. The control/IPA and PA cabinets have specific dimensions and weights, with the harmonic filter cabinet slightly larger.
