Design Guidelines

Chassis

Bodyworks
The vehicle's bodywork can hold up to 4000 liters of water and 480 liters of foam. It is constructed from materials such as Polypropylene, Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), or SS316L for durability and corrosion resistance.
Reservoirs
The firefighting system includes a fire pump capable of delivering up to 10,000 liters per minute at 10 bar. It features a UL classified NFPA 1901 automatic ATP foam system, roof and bumper monitors, fast attack hose reel, side hand-lines, undertruck protection nozzles, and a cabin protection deluge system. The pipework is made from SS316L, and a Dry Chemical Powder (DCP) system is included.
Electrical System
The vehicle is equipped with automotive certified programmable controllers, robust touch screen panels, and control switches. It includes traffic-related lights, warning lights, locker lights, scene lights, and a Public Address (PA) system for effective communication and visibility.
