Specifications:
The molded laminated plate has a height range of 3 to 20 mm and is available in grey color, RAL 7004. It is made from polyester resin, E-type fiberglass mat, and inorganic fillers without halogens. Standard panel dimensions are 1220 x 4038 mm with a density of 1.7 g/cm³. Tolerances are ±5 mm for panel dimensions and ±2 mm for height.

Surface Options:
The surface can be smooth with an antiskid level of R10 V4 according to DIN 51130, or with quartz providing an antiskid level of R13 V4.

Fire Resistance:
The material is fire retardant with a spread ≤ 25 as per ASTM E84-98 and achieves a V-0 level in the UL94 Vertical Burning Test.

Ageing Resistance:
The product has passed ageing tests with a UV lamp according to ASTM G154-06, showing no evident defects after 1500 hours of exposure. It also withstands heat, cold, and humidity cycles as per UNI EN ISO 9142/04 without defects.

Electrical Properties:
The plate is an excellent insulator, meeting safety norms for surface and transversal electric resistance (EN 61340-2.3, ISO 1853, IEC 60167, HD 568 S1). It also provides excellent insulation for electric resistance to ground (IEC 61340-4-5, CEI 64-4/8/6, IEC 60167, HD 568 S1) and has low current absorption in dielectric strength tests (ASTM D 149-97a).
