3-inch Pressure-Sensitive Altimeter Description: The pressure sensitive altimeter is an aircraft instrument, indicating the flight altitude or height on the base of barometric pressure measurement through the altitude changing. The instrument is intended for measuring and indicating the relative or absolute altitude between 0-10,000 m. The altitude is indicated by two pointers, one turn of the bigger pointer indicates 1,000 m altitude change, and having graduated scale with 10 m resolution. The smaller pointer indicates the altitude in kilometres and is engaged with the bigger one through a 1:10 gear transmission. Dial layouts: Environmental (Operating): Temperature: -60 °C to +60 °C Humidity: 93-100% at +50 °C Vibration: 10 to 1,000 Hz, 1 g max.
