PRESS FOR R.T.M. PROCESS Trucks parts This RTM compression press allows the production with 3 different molds separately. The produced parts are dedicated to equip trucks cockpit, public transport and agricultural machinery. The molds are placed and removed automatically from the press to a cart, in order to be opened and cleaned. Accesses to working zone are facilitated for the passage of resin injection rods. An oil heating device allows the heating and the maintaining of the platens temperature. The holes localization ensures the heating uniformity of platens. The thermal insulation of platens limits the heat losses, and ensures the operator safety against the risk of burns.
