Our range of universal special trailers with IBC for liquids, extremely flammable substances and for handling, storage and transport (road, rail and sea) suitable for gasoline, jet A1 and for diesel with packing groups II and III are, by international prototype tests no. UN31A / Y/BAM and with EU vehicle license §13 Part II, allowed and generally proved. A change of the used fuel is possible and can be done with the same equipment design even later on. The viscosity matching between the varieties is the only thing necessary to adjust at the meter. All models are galvanized steel inside and outside. Inside stainless steel tank is available on request. The specific difference lies in the design with a double-wall and vacuum-monitored execution, a permissible internal over pressure up to 0.65 bar and the explosion pressure shock resistant design. This way the refuelling container can be transported as cargo container into or across usually blocked zones, can be operated with special permissions and can be parked inside buildings. There are exceptions to the prohibition of so dangerous signs and traffic regulations, thereby facilitating the free movement of tunnel crossings. All mobile sizes and various settings, without special trailers, are available as IBC - complete tank containers. Our range of stationary aboveground tanks use the same double-wall technology with a permanent vacuum leakage test between the inner and outer container. This air layer also serves as a thermic insulation of the inner tank and the avoidance of condensing water. Alternatively, the inner tank is made of stainless steel 1.4301. For locations with high solar radiation a reduction of the temperature within the container is obtained by a shading-unit and natural air circulation. In addition to the usual gravity pressure filling, carburant can monitored be sucked off a road tanker which is not equipped by a pump. The piping and fittings in all our products are made of stainless steel 1.4301. The technical part for noncalibratable pumps/counters can be installed into the deluxe version or as an additional calibratable petrol pump on a separate console. The following net price list gives you the possibility of individual combination according to your needs. Our preferred assemblies are pre-prepared, so you have the advantage of shorter delivery times. All special assemblies are manufactured on request with a longer lead time.
