LP1-1

Frequency Converter An easy to use SFC, with 1kVA of variable single phase output This data sheet describes the single phase LP Series frequency converter, with variable output voltage and frequency. Output frequency can be set to any value between 45Hz and 1kHz. Output voltage is variable from zero to maximum in two ranges, usually 0-135V and 0-270V. Output current capability is doubled on the lower range. Control of the unit is all touch button interface, with a clean concise LCD screen. The values chosen by the operator are stored by the microprocessor when the for immediate use on future occasion. Values can be adjusted at any time whilst live online or offline. The output is a pure sine wave, and is fully protected against over current conditions. In addition to the built-in output protection. 115V or 230V Single Phase, +10% / -6%, with automatic selection of voltage 45-66Hz (400Hz to special order) Output Capability Overload Capability Overcurrent trip after 1 second, at >110% full load Admissible Load Power Factor 0.5 lag to 0.5 lead at full load Output Protection Variable overcurrent, short circuit, overtemperature Better than 1% for 0-100% rated load Immediate power limiting, at >2kVA Better than 0.2% for 10% line voltage change Effi ciency Input On/Standby Soft touch push button for control of all functions Alpha-Numeric Display of all settings Input On and Output Ready indicators Better than 1% over 24 hours after 1 hour warm-up Full, by transformer coupling of output Electromagnetic Compatibility CE-marked to European requirements 0 to +40 degrees, 0-90% non-condensing <65dBA ambient noise Storage Environment Size & Weight This unit is available in a 19” rack mounting version or a bench unit. Sinusoidal, THD better than 5% at full load Operating Environment The LP1 can be supplied with an RS232 remote connector which can be connected to any PC operating on a windows platform allowing full control of the unit remotely. Output Waveform 430mm wide x 375mm deep x 132mm high (3u), 22 kg This specification is for a standard converter. Units with special voltage ranges will change output current capability. Magnus Power.
