Royal Mail - London Air Mail Unit (LAMU) PROJECT DESCRIPTION The system can operate in the automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes. Elevating Transfer Vehicles (ETVs) and conveyors have the capacity of lifting up to 7,000 kg. ETV‘s horizontal speed can reach 108 m/min and vertical speed - 15 m/min. Conveyors can move with the speed 18 m/min.
