3 axis trimming and drilling with bridge-cut system-1

3 axis trimming and drilling with bridge-cut system Le Creno is recognized for the design and manufacturing of specific machines. The Creno AERO is a turnkey device, reliable and efficient ensuring productivity and high machining quality. World leader, the Creno Aero Machine automates the sheet trimming process with a very high level of productivity and quality. This is made possible because of our R&D team who developed the principle of the “bridge-cut” more than ten years ago. From your 2D CAD files, the machine generates the optimal nesting, in order to minimized scrap. Then the trimming is automatically performed along with the drilling of a stack of aluminum sheets up over 12 mm (0,47”). The automatic tool changer, the efficient dust extraction system and the « Bridge-cut » system offer a full automation of the operations.
