From your 2D CAD files, the machine generates the optimal nesting, in order to minimized scrap. Then the trimming is automatically performed along with the drilling of a stack of aluminum sheets up over 12 mm (0,47”). The automatic tool changer, the efficient dust extraction system and the « Bridge-cut » system offer a full automation of the operations.
