AXLE JACK. FLIGHT KIT 20 t PN 1698.00 DESCRIPTION The 1698.00 is a 20 t Axle Jack Flight Kit with manual hand pump. Jack includes handle and retractable wheels to facilitate transport and position under aircraft, and an optimized and robust design. It is the perfect choice for onboard equipment included on flight kit and can be used in MLG & NLG of major aircraft models. Hand pump plus Pneumatic pump option shown. STANDARD FEATURES • • • • • • • Double independent hand pump for high and low pressure, with safety valve. All functional parts protected against weather and rough operation. Skydrol resistant paint, yellow RAL1028. Salt bath nitrided and polished cylinder sections. Wheel system with one handle to easy transport Tested with 150% vertical and 15% lateral nominal load. CE mark in accordance with EN-12312-19. Special paint colors. Pneumatic pump of high flow. Max. inlet pressure 150 PSI. Quick auto-retract pneumatic system (P/N: 5541.00.0950). Kit to actuate the pneumatic pump of the axle jack using the pressurized nitrogen gas existing in the nonserviceable wheels, with pressure regulator (max. inlet pressure 3050 PSI) (P/N: 5500.24). Only applicable if pneumatic pump option is also selected. Reusable transport case (P/N: 5500.10). Wooden closed shipping box (one use).
