Cockpit Voice and Data Recorder The L3 FA5001 solid-state Cockpit Voice and Data Recorder (CVDR) delivers exceptional reliability, is lightweight and has a low cost of ownership. The FA5001 CVDR provides four-channel, 2-hour, high-quality audio recording and 64/128/256/512/1024/2048 wordsper-second (wps) flight data for a minimum of 25 hours.
