Overview: The KX 100 DYNAMIC and KX 260 DYNAMIC are advanced gear grinding machines designed for medium to large batch production. They offer efficient set-up times, a compact footprint, and integrated automation systems.

Machine Concept: These machines are an evolution of the KX 160 TWIN design, focusing on minimizing auxiliary process times and reducing set-up times. They feature integrated loading functions and optional automatic workpiece fixture changeovers, making them ideal for producing external spur and helical gears. The KX 100 has two pivoting columns, while the KX 260 has one, each with a vertically moving pick-up axis equipped with a workpiece spindle.

Grinding Method: Continuous generating grinding with dressable cylindrical tools is used. The machines support dressing tools with integrated tip dressers and flexible tools with independent tip dressing. Topological generating grinding allows for the production of gears with or without targeted modifications.
