The WT J5160JSP Aircraft Catering Truck (Diesel) is designed for loading food and beverages onto aircraft. It comprises a chassis, supporting mechanism, lifting mechanism, van body, working platform, refrigeration unit, electric system, and hydraulic system. An optional automatic gearbox is available.

This truck is compatible with various aircraft models including A300, A310, A318, A319, A320, A330, A340, B707, B727, B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, C919, DCB, DC9, 1L-18, 1L-62, MD11, MD80, and the bottom deck of A380.

The front platform assembly consists of a fixed platform, left and right moving platforms, and front and rear telescopic platforms. The platform door is equipped with a latch and is covered with a 6mm thick patterned aluminum plate.

The hydraulic system uses manual and electric solenoid control valves, which are dust and rainproof. A filter is installed between the hydraulic pump and the control valve, and each cylinder outlet has a two-way hydraulic lock. A rear oil filter is also included.

The lift structure features two primary oil cylinder shear fork lift types with imported seals and chromium-plated telescopic parts for rust resistance.

The box body bottom plate is made of aluminum with a weld, offering higher strength and a more aesthetically pleasing appearance without rivet joints.
