L-IESA® NR-IFF is a next-generation non-rotating radar system designed for Identification Friend/Foe (IFF) applications. It offers 360° long-range surveillance without requiring a top mast position, enhancing maintainability and reducing life cycle costs. The system features a fully active, solid-state antenna design, providing over 200NM range coverage with output power up to 2,400W.
Active Antenna and Vertical Antenna Pointing Diversity
The active antenna elements ensure low noise amplification and phase-correct signal combination, improving detection performance. The unique Vertical Antenna Pointing Diversity (VAPD) enhances detection in rough sea conditions by electronically switching elevation beams.
Compliance and Availability
The system complies with ICAO Annex 10 Vol III/IV, STANAG 4193 Ed. 3, and AIMS 03-1000A/B standards, supporting various IFF modes. It minimizes active Transmit/Receive modules to maintain high MTBF, suitable for NATO missions.
