Pressure Transducer HT02

Pressure Transducer HT02

Product catalog summary
Overview: The HT02 series pressure transducers are designed for detecting excess, low, or differential pressure of non-aggressive gases. They are robust and suitable for both laboratory and industrial applications, ensuring long-term stability, linearity, and reproducibility. Temperature drift is minimized through sensor compensation, and the inductive measurement system allows for maintenance-free operation.
Key Features:
  • Output: Provides a pressure-proportional voltage signal of 0 to 10 V, with an option for a current signal of 0 (4) to 20 mA, ensuring interference-free signal transmission over long distances.
  • Dampening Function: Included for handling strongly varying pressures.
  • Applications: Suitable for clean room technology, medical technology, filter technology, finishing pass measurement, filling level measurement, flow velocity measurement, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
Technical Specifications:
  • Measurement Principle: Inductive, with optional stainless steel membrane for aggressive gases.
  • Overloading Capability: Up to 2 bar, with higher capacities available on request.
  • Temperature Range: Specified range from +10°C to +50°C, with an extended range from -10°C to +60°C.
  • Humidity: Up to 80% relative humidity.
  • Output Signal: 0 to 10 V or 0 (4) to 20 mA, with various load specifications.
  • Protection Class: IP54.
  • Standards: Complies with EN 50081-1, EN 50081-2, EN 50082-1, EN 50082-2, EN 61010.
Measurement Ranges: Available in various ranges from 0.1 hPa to 1000 hPa, with options for excess, low, differential, and absolute pressure measurements. Custom ranges are available on request.
Construction and Materials: The housing is made of ABS material, with pressure connections suitable for flexible hoses. Parts in contact with the medium include Ni, Al, CuBe, and PU.
Additional Options: Features such as automatic zeroing, LC-Display, and various output configurations are available. The device also includes filter elements and interference protection for contaminated networks.

Pressure Transducer HT02-1

Datasheet HT02 Fields of application: - Clean room technology - Medical technology - Filter technology - Finnishing pass measurement - Filling level measurement (air bubbler method) - Flow velocity measurement (pitot tube; orifice disk) - Heating - Ventilation - Air condition The pressure transducers of the HT02 type series are suitable for detection of excess pressure, low pressure or differential pressure of non-aggressive gasses. These robust versions can be applied in laboratories and under industrial conditions. Important criteria such as long-term stability, linearity and good reproducibility are guaranteed through their sturdy mechanical construction. Temperature drift is minimised through targeted compensation of every sensor. The wear-free inductive measurement system allows for almost maintenance-free operation. The integrated electronic system provides a pressure-proportional voltage signal of 0 to 10 V in the output (option: current signal 0 (4) to 20 mA). This allows for interference-free transmission of signals even over comparatively large distances. For strongly varying pressures a dampening function is included.
