Overview
Eclayr® is a specialized engineering tool designed for the performance assessment of Satellite Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS) like EGNOS. It ensures compliance with predefined requirements such as GNSS-SARPs and generates comprehensive performance reports.

Operating Modes and Input Formats
Eclayr® supports single and dual frequency modes and can automatically retrieve data from public FTP servers and EDAS. It accepts various input formats including RINEX, IONEX, SP3, DCB, ANTEX, and IGS.

Supported GNSS and Standards
The tool supports core GNSS constellations like GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo, as well as augmentations such as RAIM, ARAIM, and SBAS L1/DFMC L1/L5. It complies with standards like ICAO GNSS SARPS and RTCA/DO-229.

Service Levels and Analysis
Eclayr® offers customizable pseudorange and user analysis, including range level analyses like SREW, UDRE, GIVD, GIVE, and time offsets. User level analyses cover protection levels, position errors, availability, safety index, continuity risk, and service availability.

Key features include compliance with RTCA/DO229, multi-constellation support, ARAIM executions, automatic data retrieval, a powerful user interface, and automatic report generation in HTML and PDF formats. It runs on Windows and Ubuntu operating systems.

Range and User Domain Analysis
Range domain analysis includes SREW, UDRE, GIVD, GIVE, and time offset analysis. User domain analysis covers protection levels, position errors, availability, safety index, continuity risk, and service availability.

GNSS SARPS Compliance
Eclayr® identifies non-compliance events in SBAS messages and presents them in user-friendly plots.

Automatic Report Generation
Reports can be generated in HTML and PDF formats, with customization options like company logos and disclaimer texts. An intermediate DocBook format is also available for editing.
