The Pro Barrel® is a collapsible fuel transport container designed by Aircraft Rubber Manufacturing for aerial delivery to remote locations. Available in four sizes (55, 110, 250, and 500 gallons), these barrels are suitable for industrial and defense operations requiring safe fuel delivery, storage, and dispensing in hard-to-reach areas. Constructed with ballistic nylon and a rubberized polymer coating, they are robust and suitable for hydrocarbon fuels. They can be pressure filled to 5 PSI and collapsed for storage.

- 250 U.S. gal. (1000L) - 100 lbs (45 kg), 39” dia. x 42” ht.
- 110 U.S. gal. (440L) - 85 lbs (38 kg), 30” dia. x 35” ht.
- 55 U.S. gal. (220L) - 60 lbs (27 kg), 23” dia. x 35” ht.
Pro Barrels® are ideal for military support, offshore drilling, remote construction, mining, oil rig support, rescue operations, and research logistics. They are easily transported by helicopter or truck when filled and can be collapsed for storage when empty.
The barrels are compatible with various fuels and oils, including gasoline, JP fuels, diesel, and petroleum/silicone lubes.
- Heavy-duty fill discharge plate and access hatch for cleanout.
- Lift sling assembly and valve assembly included.
- Optional 100gpm pumping system available.
