The cart is fitted with a product driven air compressor that enables the use of pneumatic deadmnn and pressure control systems without the need for a supplementary compressed air supply. Safety features include equipment stowage interlocks to prevent the cart from being moved when nozzles are still connected to the aircraft or the input coupler is not stowed.
