The refuelling equipment, hose reel and elevating platform located at the rear. • The control station and reel hose withdrawal is on the driver’s side of the Refueller. • Chassis is MAN, Mercedes, Scania, Volvo 4 x 2 19,000kg 360 Bhp or similar Typical Vehicle Dimensions: Length 17m, Height 3.2m, Width 2.5m (low profile available) Standards: JIG issue 12, EN 12312-5, EN 12312-8, NFPA 407 (where applicable) PERFORMANCE Refueling through both deck hoses simultaneously 2500 lpm per minute. Refueling through 20m long reel mounted hose at 1000 lpm. MAIN FEATURES • Tank 44,000 ltr capacity constructed in aluminium alloy, with transverse anti-surge baffles and overturn protection valance. Low point sump with removable drain cover. • Non-slip tank top walkway, Bi-line system or optional pneumatic tanktop rails • Manlid c/w hinged inspection cover, liquid overspill / fire engulfment emergency vent. • Diptube with calibrated dipstick. • Float actuated, direct reading dial type tank contents gauge. • Automatic bottom loading footvalve (100mm dia) Primary and secondary overfill prevention system with pre-check • Access to the tank top is via the rear mounted elevating fuelling deck. Main pipework constructed in Schedule 10 – 304 grade stainless steel, Elaflex flexible joints where necessary. Small bore pipework in stainless steel with screwed compression fittings. Gorman Rupp self-priming fuelling pump hydraulically driven via a power take off driven hydraulic pump and a ‘Hydrapak’ oil cooler unit. One transversely mounted single volute hose reel with a 20m long x 63mm bore hose and Carter 64200 underwing hose end pressure control nozzle. Hydraulically powered rewind system. (Optional overwing nozzle) In-line secondary pressure control / deadman control valve signalled by Alfons Haar Venturi, pump speed control is interlocked to the deadman control system. Filter Water Monitor API/EI 6th Edition or Filter Water Separator fitted with visi-flow indicator, thermal pressure relief valve. Bulk Flow meter c/w mechanical VR7887 or electronic head, (either a Masterload or EMR3).

FUEL SAMPLING A 4 litre capacity closed circuit fuel sampler with Shell water detector, Drain / sample lines terminate in ¾’’ self-closing ball valves fitted with Kamlock adaptors and drip caps. Product recovery tank optional. ELEVATING FUELLING DECK Hydraulically powered heavy duty elevating fuelling deck located at the rear of the Refueller tank and elevates to a height of 4.2m with 1m high guard rails with access gate.
